PURGE OF FASCIST PARTY
REMOVAL OF 66,000 MEMBERS (Received August 14, 11 p.m.) LONDON, August 13. The Rome radio says a Fascist Party meeting was held at l Rome recently under the presidency of Mussolini. Tho general secretary announced that 66,000 Fascist Party members had been removed from the party lists. The radio added that cancellations were stiU continuing.
