17 NEWSPAPERS SEIZED
ACTION OF SWEDISH GOVERNMENT STOCKHOLM. March 14. The Swedish Government has seized six more newspapers, making a total of 17 in three days. All these newspapers had described cruelties in Norwegian prisons. The Swedish Minister for Justice stated that such descriptions caused misunderstandings among foreign Powers. The Government had acted in pursuance of its pqlicy of neutrality. In Norway, the Dean of Trondheim has been arrested under the instructions of the Norwegian Government, following the refusal of Norwegian clergy to co-operate with the Germans,
