NEW RADIO TELEGRAPH CIRCUIT OPENED NEW YORK. March 13. The Mackay radio has announced that the direct radio-telegraph circuit has been established between the Mackay Radio's San Francisco station and Wellington, for the exchange of all classes of traffic between the United States and New Zealand at existing cable rates. The Wellington station is being operated by the New Zealand Government. The service is effective from 10 p.m. to-day. ______________
