Weather fair to fine. Temperatures cool. CHRISTCHURCH WEATHER The weather in Christchurch yesterday was cold and wintry, with rain and a strong southerly wind. There were a few hours of sunshine before end after midday. At 1 o’clock this morning the sky was overcast and there was a moderate south-westerly wind.
