Younger Officer*— Two new measures to improve efficiency in the Army are announced by tbe Ausrtahan Minister for the Army (Mr F. M. Forde). Older officers are to give way to vounger men, and the reserved occupation schedule has been revised to j free many more men for military service.—Canberra, March 14.
