Sir.—May I point out to "One of the Suffering Public" that there are dozens of milkmen in Christchurch who deliver milk before breakfast, and to
whom he can change over at any moment he wishes—a privilege he will not have under the zoning system. So why the letter t<D “The Press”? It suggests some ulterior motive. I had always understood that the correspondence columns of a newspaper were for matters which could not be rectified by the individual himself .—Yours, etc., f ANTI-COMBINE. March 13, 1942,
