Sir,—With 99 per cent, of private cars and 100 per cent, of travellers’ cars off the roads, and 25 per cent, of heavy traffic trucks under military control, the risk on third party insurance should be reduced from 95 per cent, to 5 per cent. So far there is no talk of any rebate. How about this for straightout war profiteering? —Yours, etc.. CAR IN GARAGE. January 19, 1942.
