THAI PLANS FOR EMERGENCY
(Received December 7, 10 p.m.) SHANGHAI, December 6. The Bangkok correspondent of the Japanese Domci Agency says that the Assembly has approved emergency measures placing Thailand on a war fooling, including anti-espionage, tood storage, and labour measures. The Ministry of the Interior at Bangkok has intimated that plans are completed for the Thai Government to transfer the capital from Bangkok elsewhere in the event of an outbreak of war. . .. According to the Domei Agency, the British Legation in Bangkok has advised all British subjects, including Indians, to evacuate Thailand immediately.
