CAPTURE OF KURSK CLAIMED LONDON, November 3. The Germans claim the capture of >the industrial . town and railway junction of Kursk, roughly midway between Kharkov to the south and Tula to the north. The Germans also claim that the Russian forces in the Crimea have been divided, one half falling back towards Sebastopol, and the other towards Kerch, in ihe east of the peninsula.
