♦ ' STRICT ENFORCEMENT ■ INSTRUCTIONS TO INSPECTORS The Commissioner of Transport has instructed the department’s inspectors strictly to enforce the motor vehicle lighting restrictions, according to a letter received by the Christchurch City Council.
