PETROL RATION
THREE COUPONS FOR NEXT TWO MONTHS (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Sept 29. The Minister for Supply (the Hon. E>. G. Sullivan) announced to-day that coupons numbered 8, 9, and 10 would be available for use by owners of private cars in October and November. This is on the same basis as for August and September.
