PRICE OF PETROL INCREASED
EFFECTIVE FROM TO-DAY (P.A.) WELLINGTON, September 25. An increase of one penny a gallon m the price of petrol,’ to operate from to-morrow, is provided for in the Motor Spirits Prices District Regulations (194 D Amendment, No. 2, gazetted to-night. It is understood that the increase is to co v «r higher overseas costs and shipping freights.
