Taihape Art Union Drawn. —TheTaihape patriotic motor-car art union was drawn yesterday, the winner being Mrs D. Spry, Karioi, who became the owner of a new flve-seater sedan motor-car valued at £360. She and her husband conduct a store at Karioi. She took a book of tickets, of which she sold two and kept the remainder. The third ticket in the book was the winning ticket, No. 18843. The proceeds from the . sale of tickets amounted, to £1965 15s. The car was given by residents of Taihape and district.—P.A.
