DECISIONS AT YESTERDAY’S HEARING

Appeals for; radio technicians employed by the National - and Commercial . Broadcasting Services, and men working ,on munitions • contracts. and the manufacture of ; gloves .j for the Royal New Zealand Air Force, were among the cases dealt-with by the Armed Forces Appeal Board yesterday. Mr F. F. Reid, S.M., presided, and with him were Mr G. M. Hall and Mr A. H. McKane. Mr W. F. Tracy represented the Crown.

The company was granted leave to withdraw an appeal for Kenneth Hugh Mc> ■Donald, and an appeal for Leonard George Hadler was allowed on the ground of status. The appeal for Pritchard was adjourned sine die, reservist to be transferred to the territorials. The appeal for Cursons was dismissed, reservist not to be called up before November 1.
