STEAMER EXPRESS SERVICE
EXPRESS FROM INVERCARGILL TO CONNECT
To enable passengers from south of Dunedin to connect with the steamer express daily, except Monday's, the Railway Department has altered the running schedule of the express from Invercargill, beginning to-day. The express will now leave Invercargill at 6.15 a.m. instead of 7 a.m., leaving Dunedin at 10.50 a.m. It will arrive at Christchurch at 6.35 p.m, leaving at 6.45 p.m. for Lyttelton and arriving on the steamer wharf at 7.8 p.m.
The usual 7.10 p.m. steamer train from Christchurch will be, the last train to connect with the steamer express each night.
