GERMANS IN RUMANIA
MATERIAL CONTINUES
TO ARRIVE _

LONDON, June 21. Reports reaching diplomatic quarters in London from Rumania state that Marshal List, the German commander in the Balkans, has established his headquarters 15 miles from Bucharest, and that large numbers of German troops and much material continue to arrive in Rumania. The news of Marshal List disposes of the report that he had committed suicide. The staff of the Rumanian Amy is reported to have joined his staff, A number of towns along the Rus-sian-Rumanian frontier have been evacuated. , . Rumania has called up fresh classes of soldiers, and the Rumanian wireless throughout Saturday broadcast stirring military tunes. The press hinted at coming decisive events.
