Chemist’s Death.—Leslie Robert Grant, a chemist, was found dead in his pharmacy at Waipukurau on Tuesday evening by his senior assistant. Police and a doctor were summoned, but he' was dead. An inquest was opened;yesterday. Grant, who has been suffering iU-health for some time, was a member of many district organisations and served on the Waipukurau Borough Council for three years.— Press Association.
