GERMAN TROOP MOVEMENTS
REPORTED PLAN TO ATTACK RUSSIA RUMANIAN PARTICIPATION SUGGESTED (Received June 6. 7 p.m.) (U.P.A.) LONDON, June 5. The Ankara correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain declares that foreign quarters in the Turkish capital are discussing reports that Germans and Rumanians are massing for an attack against Russia which is planned for June. Authoritative Turkish circles said they had information that 100 German divisions are massed on the GermanSoviet border in Poland, while 30 German divisions are concentrated ih Rumania, which has mobilised .25 divisions and also recalled to the colours classes which were demobilised' only six weeks ago. It is reported that the Soviet authorities are evacuating the civil population of Bessarabia.
