Hall, “Terrace Station " Hororata, for May show that rain fell on seven days, the maximum fall being 1.70 in on May 2, yhe rainfall for the month was I.Boin l In May. 1940 rain fell on 15 days, maximum fall being 1.09 in on May 7. The rainfall for this year to the end of May is 15.84 in, compared with 17.0 Sin for the same period last year.
