♦ FIVE NEW BWELLINgS LAST MONTH Five new dwellings of a total value of £4813 were erected In Tirtiarti dtir* ing April, according to the returns Issued by the I’imaru Borough Council yesterday. A totai of i& permits were issued and the value of all building work far the month was £7381, an increase of £3329, compared with April last year..
