HOKITIKA BOROUGH ROLL
When the Hokitika borough electors roll closed there were 1388 names on it. Fo far, very few have been added to the supplementary roll, and with only four dayfe to go before the roll closes it would appear that the voting strength at the forthcoming election w fall short of 1938. when 1388 names appeared on the main roll and 265 on the supplementary, making a total of 1633.
