VESSEL SEIZED BY ITALIANS
JUGOSLAV SHIP IN SHANGHAI (Received April 29, 2 a.m.) SHANGHAI, April 28. A party of Chinese maritime, customs, and river police to-day boarded the Jugoslav steamer Tomislav which had been seized by the Italians. Eighteen Italian marines remain aboard. It is understood the river police will remain aboard until the incident is settled satisfactorily. -
