The Minister for Supply (the Hon. D. G. Sullivan) will return to Wellington to-day. The Minister for Public Works (the Hon. H. T. Armstrong) will return to Wellington by this evening’s steamer express. He will make an official inspection of public works from Nelson to Jackson’s Bay next week, leaving Nelson on Monday. He is expected to return to Wellington on March 11.
Mr R. McPherson, Wheat and Flour Controller, was a passenger for the north last night. The Controller of Employment (Mr A. J. Ridler), who has been in Christchurch on departmental business, will return to Wellington to-morrow.
