FUNERAL
MR GEORGE ANDERSON The funeral of Mr, George Anderson, of St. Albans, who died on Tuesday, was heldxyesterday. A Masonic service wa's -read \at the graveside, and, in recognition of Mr Anderson -s interest in
pigeon flying, the Canterbury Pigeon Flying Club liberated a basket of pigeons at the service. The pall-bearers were Messrs Robert and William Anderson (sons), L. J. Franks, J. McCallum, S. E. Kirk, and H. Bailey. Many wreaths were sent by firms associated with Mr Anderson in business.
