OVERTIME MAY BE WORKED
Freezing Workers’ Decision
Mr H. G. Kilpatrick, secretary of the Canterbury Freezing Works and Belated Trades Employees’ Union, informed "The Press” last evening that a ballot on working overtime had 1 been taken among union members over the whole of the Canterbury district. The decision was that overtime would be worked at slaughtering operations as the' necessity arose.
