Miss Vera Hall (Beltana) has left San Francisco on her return to New Zealand.
Miss Vivien Raymond (Pleasant Point), who has been living in England for some time, has returned to New Zealand. , . Mrs P. W. Gresson and her children (Invercargill) are staying with Mrs E., W D. Unwin. ' Mrs Gladstone Robinson, who has been spending a few days with Mrs E. Chapman (Fairview), has returned to stay with her daughter, Mrs G. H. R. Ulrich. _ The following officers were elected at the annual meeting of the Ashbury Ladies’ Bowling Club;— Patroness, Mrs W. Thomas; president, Mrs S. Home; vice-presidents, Mrs N. Hamlyn and Mrs N. Baird; secretary and treasurer. Mrs S. Mason; committee, Mesdamcs Lomas, Tregehza, Richards, Arbucklc, Stevenson, Manning, and Roycrolt; match committee. Mesdames Arbucklc, Stevenson, and Hamlyn; sole selector, Mrs Stevenson; delegates to centre, Mesdames Scales, Roycroft, and Lomas.
