LONDON, September 21. The Bank of England return this week shows a decline of £2,800,000 in the note circulation, which stands now at £606,000,000, Public deposits are £10,900,000, against £13,200,000 last week, and bankers deposits are £128.800,000. against £107.700,000 last week. Other accounts are £62,200,000 against £50,100,000, and Government securities have riser} from £139,500,000 to £157 800,000. The reserve ratio is 13.0 a per cent., against 13,12 per cent, a week ago, and the discount rate remains at 2 per cent.
