MARKETING OF PIGS
ADDRESS TO WAIMATE FARMERS
An address on pig marketing was given to farmers of Waimate district by Mr G. Templeton, South Island representative of the New Zealand Cooperative Pig Marketing Association. Mr J. Dempsey presided over a good attendance. Mr Templeton spoke of the methods of handling pigs and the grading system, and reviewed the work carried out by the association in the interests of farmers. He was accorded a hearty vote of thanks lor his address.
