DIVORCE GRANTED IN DEFENDED ACTION
♦ v, A decree nisi, to be made in three months, was granted yest&-"' day to Frederick Harris, a brickmak^i, whose petition tor divorce from Eveline Gertrude Harris was heard on Tuesday and Wednesday in the Supreme Court before Mr Justice Northcroft. Hilton Roy Adams was cited as co-respondent. Mr C. V. Lester appeared for the petitioner, Mr K. G. Archer for respondent, and Mr D. W. Russell for the co-respondent. In his decision given yesterday, his Honour, in addition to granting the decree, ordered that the co-respondent pay the costs of both the petitioner and the respondent. .
