JURY’S FINDING IN DIVORCE SUIT
_—* A finding that adultery had been proved was returned by a jury in the Supreme Court yesterday, in the petition for divorce by Frederick Harris, a brick-maker, against Eveline Gertrude Harris on the ground of adultery with Hilton Roy Adams, a labourer, who was cited as co-respondent. Mr C. V. Lester appeared for the petitioner, Mr K. G. Archer for respondent, and Mr D. W. Russell for the co-respondent. ~ His Honour Mr Justice Norther oft said that he would give his decision later. The petitioner is also seeking custody of the one child of the marriage.
