PETROL RATION FOR AUGUST
♦ NO ALTERATION TO BE MADE [From Our Parliamentary Reporter.] WELLINGTON, July 30. No alteration in the petrol ration for private cars will be made for August. the Minister for Supply (the Hon. D. G. Sullivan) announced tonight The Minister said in an interview that coupons Nos. 6 and 7 wotfid bo accepted by resellers for private cars for the month of August. The petrol ration for August would therefore be the same as for July.
