a The appeal for furniture, antiques, jewellery, etc., by the Canterbury Bowling Club, to be sold by auction for the Canterbury Patriotic Fund, is meeting with success. Many people are keen enough to give, but have no means of delivering the articles. To assist them a coupon is published on the front page of to-day’s issue.
