DEFENDED DIVORCE In the Supreme Court yesterday, before his Honour Mr Justice Northcroft and a jury, Frederick Harris, a brickmaker, petitioned for divorce against Eveline Gertrude Harris on the ground of adultery with Hilton Roy Adams, a labourer, who was cited as co-respondent. Mr C. V. Lester appeared for the petitioner, Mr K. G. Archer for respondent, and Mr D. W. Russell for the co-respondent. Petitioner asked for custody of the one child of the marriage. The case was part heard when the Court adjourned until this morning.
