WOOLSTON METHODIST CHURCH
INDUCTION OF MINISTER A large congregation attended the Woolston Methodist Church, when the Rev. Ernest Sage was inducted. The Rev. M. A. Rugby Pratt conducted the service, and the Rev. H. E-' Bellhouse delivered the charge, after which Mr Sage gave an address. After the service the congregation adjourned to the schoolroom for a welcome social, at which Mr W. Burnell. senior circuit steward, presided. Mr S. I. McHarg, on behalf of the Woolston congregation, extended a cordial welcome to Mr and Mrs Sage and family and also to the Rev. JV Silvester, newly appointed minister to Opawa-Heathcote. , Reference was made to the death-pt, the Rev. T. Fee. who lived in the dis-' trict for many years. . , Mr Sage commenced his ministry on Sunday.
