OFFENCES BY MOTORISTS
_ ♦ COMPLAINTS TO CITY COUNCIL The traffic committee of the Christchurch City Council has rc reived several complaints about persons alighting from motor-vehicles on the wrong side. The committee reported to the council last evening that it desired to give publicity to the regulations, which stated that a person intending to alight on the “off” side of a vehicle should indicate his or her intention by extending the right arm horizontally.
