FUNERAL
THE RE Vi THOMAS FEE The funeral of the Rev! Thomas Fee a former president of the Australasian Methodist, Conference, took place on Saturdav afternoon.. A service was conducted at the OpaWa Methodist Church by the Rev. H. E. Bellhouse, who Was assisted by- the Rev. M. A; Rugby Pratt and the Rev. E. Drake At the Bromley cemetery, the officiating ministers were the Rev. W. A. Burley, the Rev. A. C. La wry. and Mr Bellhouse. - Wreaths and floral tributes were sent by many relatives and friends, and by the Opawa Methodist' Church, the Woolston Methbdist Circuit, the East Belt - Wesleyan Church, the Opawa Bowling Club, and the North Canterbury Council of the New Zealand Alliance: " mmmm _ “Evans of the Broke”— lt is understood that Admiral Sir Edward Evans has been appointed additional Naval Attache in Norway. “Evans of the Broke” is as well known and well liked in Norway as in his bwn country. He speaks Norwegian fluently .--London, Aprill9.
