NORTH STAR SAILS FOR ANTARCTIC
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) DUNEDIN, January 3. The North Star sailed at 6.20 o’clock this morning for the Antarctic. About 200 persons were present to say farewell. A group of Maoris sang “Auld Lang Syne,” the refrain being taken up by the ship’s complement.
