PROGRESS OF SALVAGE ' , (BRITISH OFFICIAL, WIRELESS.) RUGBY, September 8. A farther stage in the salvage of the Thetis wreck was reached today, when satisfactory progress was made with work preparing for the injection of compressed air with a view to floating the submarine.
