FIRE IN FACTORY
MAN INJURED BY FALLING GLASS A fire starting in some waste material in the paint shop of the Osborne-Gas Stove Company’s factory, at Opawa, caused minor damage ■ to paint materials yesterday. The company’s, staff had extinguished' the flames - before an engine from the Central Fire Station arrived. The factory was insured with the Insurance Office of Australia, Ltd. Mr P. R. Scott, of 130 Hawford road, Opawa, was attended by the St. John Ambulance for head injuries which he suffered when a skylight fell in on top of him/,.-The great heat of the fire while it lasted caused the glass to cave in.
