DIVORCE ACTIONS IN SUPREME COURT DECREES NISI GRANTED A long list of undefended actions for divorce was heard in the Supreme Court yesterday before his Honour Mr Justice Northcroft. Decrees nisi, to be made absolute in three months, were granted the following:— Edward Horton (Mr G. G. Lockwood) against Johanna Crombie Horton (Mr A. W. Brown), on the ground of insanity. Arthur Tom Lilley (Mr C. S. Thomas) was granted an order for the restitution of conjugal rights within 21 days against Eknma Maud Lilley.

Stood Down The suit of Ernest Henry Short, of Dunedin (Mr F. D. Sargent), seeking dissolution of his marriage with Gwitha Short on the. ground of adultery, was stood down after being part heard, in order that further evidence might be brought. Cecil Mark Brown was cited as co-respondent.
