HIGHER SPEEDS URGED BY CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE ■ ' LONDON, July 20. The Empire Chambers of. Commerce Congress passed a resolution stating that the establishment of fast ali*-mail services on Empire routes is long overdue. The Congress drew attention to the disparity in the time to Australia and New Zealand compared with the speed on other routes and urged highspeed aeroplanes for night and day flying.
