Motions of sympathy with two members of the North Otago branch of the New Zealand Farmers’ Union, Mr_ J. B. Chapman, in the loss of his wife, and Mr W. Malcolm, in the loss of his mother-in-law. were passed at the monthlv meeting of the union’s executive committee yesterday. Sympathy was also expressed with Mr W. Ellis in his illness.
