' — : * SENSATIONAL WIN BY J. H. CRAWFORD LONGWOOD TOURNEY RESULTS BOSTON. July 20. At the Longwood tennis tourney, J. H. Crawford wort a sensational victory over Mulloy, 7-5, 6-1, 3-6, 8-6. Crawford seemed to have the match well in hand, as he ran out in the first two sets, but midway in the third he tired badly, and Mulloy turned the tables, dropshooting and running Crawford from corner to comer. MUlloy made 15 placements in that set, and six on drop shots. Crawford ended the match with an unusual serving exhibition. He twice doublefaulted at important points, and then served two burning aces from deuce to win. ■ „ , The mixed doubles resulted:— Crawford (Australia) and Mrs RiceJohnson (Boston) beat Olmstead and Mrs Nash (Boston). 6-0, 6-0. Crawford will meet Mako on Saturday.
