VTOTIGE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the LYTTELTON BOROUGH COUNCIL proposes at its meeting to be held on the 7th day of August, 1939, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board f*r its sanction to the harrowing of the sum of Three thousand pounds (£ 3000) fer the purpose of extending and improving water works within the Borough of Lyttelton.
