NEW GOVERNMENT IN BELGIUM
INCREASES IN CATHOLIC AND LIBERAL VOTE (Received April 4, 7 p.m.) , LONDON, April 3. The Brussels correspondent of “The Times” says that it .is likely that the new Government in Belgium will be based on the support of the Catholics, by the Liberals. '). The Liberal'vote" was 405,608, an increase of 112,636, and the Catholic 762,642, an increase of 86,701. Votes given other parties were: — Socialist 704,582, a decrease of 53,903; Flemish. Nationalists 184,905, an increase of 18,168; Communists 125,250, a decrease of 17,973; Rexists 103,636, a decrease of 167,885.
