RADIO AIDS THE DEAF.—Patients at the. new Westminster Hospital, London, which will be opened by the King next month, will be tested for deafness by a new electrical apparatus. The machine, one of the benefits bestowed on medicine by radio research, records the degree of deafness and distinguishes one type of deafness from another. The patient assists by pressing a button when sound reaches his ears.
