COTTON INDUSTRY TO BE REORGANISED
BILL TO REACH HOUSE OF COMMONS NEXT WEEK (BRITISH OFFICIAL WIRELESS.) (Received March 10, 7 p.m.) RUGBY, March 9. The President of the Board of Trade announced in the House of Commons the Government’s decision to proceed with a bill embodying proposals for the reorganisation of the cotton industry, and for a joint committee of cotton trade organisations, a draft of which was the subject of a recent ballot in the industry, The bill, which will follow closely the draft published last year, will be introduced in the House of Commons next week.
