* R*-* TURING EXPLANATIONS BY ITALY (Received Mairch 10, 7 p.m.) LONDON, March 10. The Rome correspondent of “The Times says the British Attache (Sir Noel Charles) and the Italian Foreign Minister (Count Ciano) discussed reports of troop movements in the Mediterranean. It is understood that reassuring explanations were received regarding Libya and the general Italian attitude in the Mediterranean.
