{BRITISH OFFICIAL WIRELESS.) RUGBY, March 8. ■ Replying to a question, in the House of Commons, the Under-Sec-retary for Foreign Affairs, Mr R. A.' Butler, said that Britain recognised the. Sheikhdom of Koweit as an independent government under British protection, and had made urgent representations to the Iraq Government to secure cessation, of propaganda in Iraq against'the Sheikh.
