AUSTRALIAN FLOUR TAX
LEGAL TEST OP VALIDITY PROPOSED
SYDNEY, December 31.
The Sydney master* bakers have been advised by their counsel that the flour tax imposed by the Federal Government is invalid, and a mass meeting \Vill probably be held to consider, the proposal to test the matter in the High Court. In the meantime, some bakefs are refusing to nay the tax.
